I'm obsessed with my electric spiralizer that my daughter bought me for Christmas one year. It quickly turns a zucchini into noodles with the press of the on switch. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler and make thin strips that will resemble a flat pasta noodle. They both taste the same! It's just a matter of what shape you like your pasta to be.

Heat a glug of olive oil in a frying pan on low heat. Add in the minced garlic and raw, deveigned prawns that have been shelled and tails removed. Cook 5 minutes, flip them over, and cook another 5 minutes until they turn pink. Remove them from the pan and set aside
In the same pan, add in the tomatoes, breaking them up if using whole tomatoes from a can. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and spiralized zucchini noodles. Cook for 5 minutes, just enough to warm up the tomatoes and soften the zucchini. Don't overcook or your zucchini noodles will get mushy
