Let’s taco ’bout dinner, baby! Meals that bring people together are the best, and taco night is the perfect way to do just that. This low carb Chicken Taco Lettuce Wrap recipe gives “family style” vibes, where everyone is sharing, and each can customize their ingredients to suit their taste (ideal for picky eaters).

Traditional packaged taco seasoning is quite high in sodium. After serving this recipe to my family (my recipe testers), the first comment my husband made was that these were way less salty than what we have had in restaurants. Also, this homemade taco seasoning has just the right amount of heat. Perfect! I say I nailed it.
