How to make bliss balls

Add everything to a food processor and set to “puree” setting. Blend for 1 minute. You might need to scrape down the sides of the bowl and re-blend for half a minute

Taste and adjust, if needed. Pinch some of the “dough” together to make sure it sticks together. If you need more moisture, add more lemon juice. If you need more of the dry ingredients, add a small amount of oats and re-blend

Remove the blade from the food processor and use your hands to form 9 balls. Really pack each ball together well, then roll between your hands to make them smooth

Place the bliss balls in a glass container with lid and refrigerate until ready to eat. These bliss balls should last up to 5-6 days in the fridge, or freeze for longer
