drained and rinsed

almond butter

cacao powder

pure maple syrup

pure vanilla extract

milk of choice
almond, oat, dairy, etc.
Pinch
of sea salt
optional, but recommended
Instructions
Blend the base: Add chickpeas, almond butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Adjust the texture: Add milk of choice, starting with 2 tablespoons, and blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Taste & tweak: Adjust sweetness, cocoa intensity, or cinnamon to your preference.
Chill (optional): For a thicker, more spreadable texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
