Hello! I’m Jen Casey
A certified Holistic Nutritionist, mom of 2 adult kids, Metabolic Balance Coach, Founder of Dimpleskins Naturals, and a menopause nutrition specialist.
I help women over 40 eat 3 meals a day in menopause and still lose weight without cutting calories.
Cooking is my love language and I use it as medicine. In menopause, I believe that we can lessen our symptoms, energize naturally, strengthen our bones, sleep better (yes, please!), and enjoy life to its fullest with the help of the right ingredients. And that is the inspiration behind the healthy recipes you will find here at HelloMeno.ca.
I’m not a Chef, although my father was. When I create recipes, I do it with every woman in mind. I keep it simple and to the point. If I can find a shortcut, I will share it with you! My goal is to fuel midlife women with what we need in menopause in the most natural way.
