Loosely chop veggies and add them, plus all other ingredients except for the ground turkey to a food processor. Use the chop or puree setting to reduce the veggies to fine pieces
Add the pureed veggies to the ground turkey and mix well. Form into 4 patties and lay flat onto a baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for 15 more minutes
Serve on a lettuce leaf with condiments and veggies of choice
