No, you can let me in to cook and lock up, or stay. It’s up to you and what you are comfortable with. The goal is that I work with a handful of regular clients in Tsawwassen and Ladner, BC, that I get to know and build trust with over time.
I am a professional, certified nutritional practitioner with experience in menu development, cooking, food safe practices, and dietary preferences.
Before I head over to prep your meals, you will receive a menu to approve based on your initial intake. You choose your package and I create the recipes based on your dietary needs and preferences.
In our intake, we will review what kitchen equipment and cookware you have available for use. I do ask that you purchase several 36oz glass storage containers so that I can portion your meals and leave them in the fridge.
Absolutely not. I do the shopping, cooking, and clean up. I leave your kitchen exactly as it was when I arrived. You will never know I was there! (except for all the prepared meals in your fridge)
No. If you prefer family style, that is an option. I can prep the meals and store them in large serving containers.
I make healthy versions of pasta, homemade sauces and dressings, casseroles, sheetpan dinners, ready-to-go breakfasts, sugar-free treats, and more. We will go over your preferences in our intake.
