Tsawwassen Personal Meal Prep Services

Have healthy weekly meals prepped and fully cooked in your Tsawwassen or Ladner home by Jen, a certified Holistic Nutritionist. Each week, you will approve your custom menu that is created to suit your dietary needs. Groceries will be purchased and brought to your kitchen to be fully transformed into healthy meals for the week.

FAQ

Do I have to be home while you are cooking?

No, you can let me in to cook and lock up, or stay. It’s up to you and what you are comfortable with. The goal is that I work with a handful of regular clients in Tsawwassen and Ladner, BC, that I get to know and build trust with over time.

What experience do you have with cooking and meal prep?

I am a professional, certified nutritional practitioner with experience in menu development, cooking, food safe practices, and dietary preferences.

What kind of meals will I get?

Before I head over to prep your meals, you will receive a menu to approve based on your initial intake. You choose your package and I create the recipes based on your dietary needs and preferences.

What do I have to do or have on hand for these sessions?

In our intake, we will review what kitchen equipment and cookware you have available for use. I do ask that you purchase several 36oz glass storage containers so that I can portion your meals and leave them in the fridge.

Will I come home to a mess?

Absolutely not. I do the shopping, cooking, and clean up. I leave your kitchen exactly as it was when I arrived. You will never know I was there! (except for all the prepared meals in your fridge)

Do the meals have to be portioned out?

No. If you prefer family style, that is an option. I can prep the meals and store them in large serving containers.

What kinds of meals and snacks can you make?

I make healthy versions of pasta, homemade sauces and dressings, casseroles, sheetpan dinners, ready-to-go breakfasts, sugar-free treats, and more. We will go over your preferences in our intake.
