Easy Whipped Feta Dip (5 Minutes, 3 Ingredients)

This Mediterranean-inspired Whipped Feta Dip is zesty, fresh, and comes together in minutes, without the need for an oven and with just 3 ingredients. Pair it with chicken skewers, warm pita bread, or veggie sticks for an easy, healthy appetizer.

Ingredients you will need

Greek Yogurt | 3/4 cup of thick yogurt that has some fat content

Feta cheese | You will need one 8oz block

Olive oil | 2 tablespoons, plus more for serving

Optional additions: Lemon zest, red pepper flakes, fresh mint leaves, hot honey, pistachios

How to make whipped feta dip

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, crumble the block of feta cheese and add in the Greek yogurt
  2. Puree it for about 30 seconds, then add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Continue to blend for another 30 seconds
  3. Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl and smooth out the top with the back of a spoon or spatula. Drizzle on more olive oil and garnish with lemon zest, red pepper flakes, chopped pistachios, and freshly chopped mint leaves. For even more heat, drip some hot honey generously over the top
