MenoMarvelous A Group Weight Loss Program

Registration is open to join the next cohort of the MenoMarvelous group coaching program! This is a 12 week online program for women entering menopause that uses specific foods to help you get into metabolic balance by:

  • reducing inflammation
  • losing visceral belly fat
  • increasing energy
  • improving gut health

The 12 week schedule (March – June 2026)

  1. March 6: The group meets on zoom for an introduction. Discover the basics of the Metabolic Balance plan, what you can expect, examples of what your plan could look like. You will have the next 2 weeks to get your lab work done and meet with your coach online to get your custom plan ordered. You will receive a body composition scale in the mail that you will use to monitor fat loss.
  2. March 20: The group meets on zoom to go through your new nutrition plan (you will have received it via email just before the meeting). You will learn how to use your prescribed ingredients to create meals, how to intermittent fast between meals, and other important tips for success. Be prepared to begin your plan by March 30 as a group. From this week on, you will be texting your coach a screenshot of your body composition metrics so we can monitor your amazing progress.
  3. April 11: The group will be almost 2 weeks into the program. We meet to discuss the important next steps which include adding in new foods and how to adjust your meals when you implement exercise.
  4. May 11: The group meets on zoom to check in, answer questions, troubleshoot and celebrate.
  5. June 27: The group meets one final time to wrap up the program, and chat about how to continue what you have learned as a lifestyle.

  • A private Facebook group
  • Direct access to your coach’s email and text during business hours
  • Weekly accountability check-ins to monitor body composition changes

FAQ

What will I be eating? Your meal plan is determined by your blood lab results, dietary preferences, symptoms, wellness goals, and any current medications or health conditions. You will get a list of prescribed ingredients, plus meal suggestions in their perfect portions to help you reach your goal. What if these dates don’t work for me? You can choose to do an individual 1:1 program with Jen for 6 months, or wait to get in with the next group cohort when it runs.

Can I eat foods that aren’t on my plan? For best results, it is mandatory that you follow your plan for a minimum of 14 days. After that, you will learn how to implement foods that are not listed on your plan.

Do I need to buy anything special for this program? All the food prescribed on the plan you can get from the grocery store. You will need a digital kitchen scale to weigh your ingredients for Phase 2 of the program, or longer if you wish. There might be specific supplements suggested on your prescription, if the medical team deems fit. These are also easily obtained from regular pharmacies, health food stores, or Amazon. We will review these if they come up for you.

Do I have to count or keep track of calories? No you do not. The Metabolic Balance plan encourages that you eat 3 balanced meals each day and these are perfectly portioned for you on your plan. You will be weighing your raw ingredients as you prepare your meals to monitor your perfect portions.
