Instructions

  1. Preheat the frying pan on low heat with butter or coconut oil
  2. In a blender cup, add all ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until everything is mixed and smooth
  3. Pour the batter right from the blender cup forming 3 small pancakes in the pan. Flip after 3 minutes, or once they are golden brown. Repeat with the remainder of batter. You should be able to get 9 pancakes out of this recipe
  4. Serve with warm berries, maple syrup, or any other toppings of choice.
