Ingredients you will need

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dutch processed cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Toppings of choice: granola, nuts, seeds, berries, shredded coconut

How to make chia pudding with cottage cheese

Add the cottage cheese, cacao powder, maple syrup and chia seeds to a high speed blender cup. Blend on high for a couple of minutes until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk to thin, if needed.

Transfer the pudding to small mason jars or glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to thicken and set up. When ready to serve, top with berries, homemade granola, nuts, seeds, and/or shredded coconut.
