Strawberry Smoothie with Chickpea Protein

You would never believe that these ingredients work together, but strawberries, yogurt, and chickpeas make a delicious, protein-rich smoothie in minutes. The chickpeas are also a great source of fibre, which stimulates your natural GLP-1 hormone, keeping you full for hours.

Ingredients you will need

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk or a spash of water to thin, if needed.
